Great spot!! Cha Cha Cha is always a good go to for authentic mexican food. Highly recommend. This is a perfect location right downtown. They have amazing options to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for bowls, burritos, tacos, salads, they have it all. Definitely recommend checking it out. Wholesome bowl, Power Bowl and Prickly Pear Margs... yummmm

I have been coming here for over a decade but was SO EXTREMELY disgusted I will never be returning. Read on...
The events began when two of the three margaritas we ordered tasted atrocious - I mean like chemicals...and the smell (of all things) bandaids in one of the drinks and a musty BBQ in the other. Gross!...especially when the third tasted just fine. They were undrinkable and we had to take them back. Even more unsettling was that the new ones tasted normal. We did our best to not think about what was in the first round.
Then after waiting almost 30 minutes for our meals, an enchilada arrived, which was stone cold and the person in my party said it was inedible and was forced to have it warmed up. So another 10 minutes go by and when we asked what happened they said it "blew up" in the microwave and were making a new one. Then they came back and ran out of rice and would need to cook more (but less than five minutes later the rice was done?!). And this "enchilada" when it finally did arrive was so laughably small it was ridiculous. It easily did not qualify as a meal but as a side dish, at best. The plate size alone was embarrassing to be labeled as an entrée.
Speaking of sides, we ordered a side of guac and sour cream for the table and each were in a small dish and no more than two tablespoons...
Then my burrito arrived with a wrapper still on it. Why? Because the waitress accidentally packaged our meals to go. Naturally. Nothing surprised us by this point with the way the train wreck was going. But it gets better.
Lastly, the third order of a burrito (which they got wrong five times over, not joking) was so cold that we wondered if this could even pass state safety standards. If we weren't so absolutely starving by that point we obviously would have walked.
When the meals finally all arrived (for the last time) we said we'd like to be compensated for all of the trouble, either with a pitcher of margaritas or something. Our waitress said they can't compensate with alcohol (eye roll) but could give us some free chips and salsa if we wanted - yes, FREE since you now have to pay for them...
Or, here's an idea, comp one of our meals without having us even ask for something.
And what's the best part?! The meal came to a whopping $70 for the 3 of us!!!!!
Yet if this all isn't enough, there is even a cherry on top! The kitchen was filthy and there was water (or bleach?) all over the floor, soaking the whole room. And if it wasn't for the lip it would have spilt into the restaurant. *sigh*
This was a miserable representation of professionalism and an overall restaurant experience. And, quite frankly, I suggest the health department inspect this place...
When we left we asked if it was under new management (in hopes for some explanation) and they said no, but half of the owners have left the business. Telling IMO.
When we walked out, we said good luck to the person ordering...
Sadly, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment nor will ever return here. I'm writing this review literally right after our departure in hopes I can save as many others a similar experience as possible. -

Good, bad, and dirty! The place has potential but needs a deep cleaning and some food tasted like it needs to be tossed. First, I enjoyed my spicy mango margarita. It was spicy, big and good alcohol ratio. The chips and salsa was good. Enjoyed the fresh chips. Skip the ceviche unless you are into sweet tomatoey sauce. The worst part of the meal was the Caesar salad. It looked good with kale and avocado but the dressing tasted rancid. It is a rare for me not to like a salad. I did not say anything about it being bad but should have to save others from the same fate. The employees were nice and seemed busy with other customers and take out orders. Also, the space smelled moldy and a back room was opened that look disorganized and moldy. We overlooked this because we were beyond hungry and have enjoyed food at other Cha Cha Chas.

Every time I order to go my order is WRONG and I pay for it (Third time). Not worth the money. I will not be ordering to go ever again! I ordered through post mates- if your servers can't read the orders you should not be using this service!

Really disappointed in this location. Our last two GrubHub orders were either horrendously late or completely wrong. No one answers the phone and it's a testament that 2/2 delivery orders were incorrect. Not sure if your team is not reading the actual orders from GrubHub, but it would be great if you could make a better effort to serve your patrons. If you are so inconvenienced by GrubHub orders, you might try leaving the service.
